Description of each Unit

Hydraulic coil-loading car

To send coils from coil stock to uncoiler and load the coil onto uncoiling center.

Cantilever-mandrel Un-coiler

The uncoil mandrel segments are teeth shape, square pyramid expansion, hydraulic rotator to supply hydraulic oil to hydraulic cylinder for expansion.

Double-roller pinch feeder & Five-roller Leveler and Shear

Function: pinch feed steel strip into first pit loop, level the strip to be flat, cut off irregular strip head.

Pit Loop 1

Function: to synchronize the speed of pinch feeding and leveling speed and slitting speed by detecting position of steel strip in loop.

Side Guide

Structure: vertical rollers to restrict the progressing position of strip, while horizontal rollers to press strip.

Disc Slitter Machine(double heads)

Disc cutters circle slitting spindles tight, and the spindle is installed on support stand.

 Scrap reeling

Function: to wind up and collect edge scraps of slitting.

 

Pit Loop 2

Function: to synchronize the speed of slitting speed and recoiling speed by accumulating steel strip in loop.

Pre-separator and tensioner

It is composed of twice pre separating, press roller, tensioner, pinch rollers, shear, deflector roller, base, etc.

Re-coiler and separator

Hydraulic expansion mandrel: gripper clamps strips heads, hydraulic cylinder pull the wedge sliders around main shaft to move and thus outer segments expand.

Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system

Hydraulic system is composed of hydraulic station and hydraulic accessories like valves.

Electric Control System

Automatic running of the whole line is by Siemens PLC control.

guarantee: 
1: guaranteed against malfunctions due to manufacturing defects for 1 year after date of shipment. repairs will be made free of charge. 
2: repairs will not be performed free of change even during the guarantee period in the follow circumstances
- damage occurs due to a natural disaster
- malfunction occurs due to user error
- malfunction occurs due to modifications
- malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation
3: air ticket, transportation cost, hotel, meals and 80$ per day shall be for purchaser's account if manufacturer's engineer has to be send to purchaser's factory to maintain the machine during the guarantee period.
