With public transportation facilities assuming greater significance by the day, the requirement of the Railways for railway coaches is also growing exponentially. And, being the mainstay of large-scale goods transportation, so is the need for railway wagons. Saibo Science & Technology provide profiles for railway wagons and coaches machine/fabrication of side walls and roofing assembles for LHB coaches/encoder frame components for coaches and wagons and so on.
Saibo Science & Technology Railway roll forming machine adopts cassette design, according to customer request, one machine has three cassette units, can produce about 22 kinds of profiles. The rolling material is SS 301, 304, and the thickness range is from 1.25mm to 1.7mm. The forming part is about 7 stations for a quick change, and the replace the cassette units about 1 hour.

Roll forming pedestal

This frame include: feeding, leveler, pre-cutting basic frame, motor drive, gear box system, cutting device
- Feeding is adjustable, have two guide rollers in two side, feeding with the roller
- Leveler shaft 110mm, 40Cr material, 7 rollers for leveler and two station for feeding. Drive power by main forming section. Drive by gear box. Adjust by screw, manual.
- Basic frame: adopt steel plate welding structure

2: repairs will not be performed free of change even during the guarantee period in the follow circumstances

- malfunction occurs due to user error
- malfunction occurs due to modifications
- malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation
3: air ticket, transportation cost, hotel, meals and 80$ per day shall be for purchaser's account if manufacturer's engineer has to be send to purchaser's factory to maintain the machine during the guarantee period.
