Description of each Unit
Hydraulic coil-loading car
To send coils from coil stock to uncoiler and load the coil onto uncoiling center.
Cantilever-mandrel Un-coiler
The uncoil mandrel segments are teeth shape, square pyramid expansion, hydraulic rotator to supply hydraulic oil to hydraulic cylinder for expansion.
Double-roller pinch feeder & Five-roller Leveler and Shear
Function: pinch feed steel strip into first pit loop, level the strip to be flat, cut off irregular strip head.
Hole Accumulator
Function: to synchronize the speed of pinch feeding and leveling speed and slitting speed by detecting position of steel strip in loop.
Side Guide
To adjust one side of vertical rollers by double lead screws with adjusting range: 400-1300mm
Servo length-fixer
Adopt two-roll anti-retreating, five-roll leveling, two-roll fixed rule structure type.
Fly Shear
As per length signal provided length measuring equipment, the rotary shear cut steel plate precisely to certain length. Cutting style is servo motor and transmission gears drive crane shaft and then upper blade and lower blade to cut.
Conveyor belt
Mechanically driven, convey sheets to piling up bracket.
Pneumatic sheet piling-up bracket
It is composed of stand, adjusting device, piling-up device, discharging device and position-controlling device.
Hydraulic Up-down sheet arraying platform
Structure of lifting table: lifting table body, hydraulic cylinder, sheets discharging railway.

1: guaranteed against malfunctions due to manufacturing defects for 1 year after date of shipment. repairs will be made free of charge.
2: repairs will not be performed free of change even during the guarantee period in the follow circumstances
- damage occurs due to a natural disaster
- malfunction occurs due to user error
- malfunction occurs due to modifications
- malfunction occurs due to further movement or shipment after installation
3: air ticket, transportation cost, hotel, meals and 80$ per day shall be for purchaser's account if manufacturer's engineer has to be send to purchaser's factory to maintain the machine during the guarantee period.
